Programs

Small Group Coaching: In the Small Group Coaching program clients train in a personal setting of 2-10 members. Members follow the same program and the sessions are scaled with progressions and regressions to assess personal needs of each person in the group.

Workouts are designed in an alternating set or circuit training format using a wide variety of exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, suspension training systems, kettlebells, med balls, sleds and sandbags.

Small Group Coaching is a great combination of strength training and metabolic conditioning programmed into a 60 minute training session.


Online Personal Training: For clients who can’t come to the training location due to scheduling conflict or distance we offer online personal training.

Every month you will receive a new Online Training Program, a new nutritional plan, and unlimited access to your very own TX Performance personal trainer to deliver online training and nutritional coaching. In addition you will have access to weekly coaching calls with myself.

This program includes resistance training, conditioning and active rest sessions. You complete our detailed assessment and appraisal forms where we learn not just the facts of your previous exercise experience and medical history, but also seek to understand exactly what motivates you in the pursuit of your own unique physical excellence.

Every training session for the month is planned out – the weight, repetitions and rest intervals. This way we can accurately predict your progress, and eliminate the need for any guesswork on your part.coming soon
